"For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them."
-Ephesians 2:8-10 (ESV)
In our lives, there are many areas where we have distinct and unique roles to play. We have commitments to our families, our friends, our places of work, our neighborhood, and, of course, our churches. God places us into relationships in these different areas and gives us various responsibilities and opportunities to serve others, just as Christ has served us.
At St. Paul's Lutheran Church, we value these different vocations (roles of service) and want you to equip you to serve as Christian men and women in these places. The opportunities we offer to "Get Involved" are designed to not only meet the needs of our congregation, but also to meet the needs of you, your family, your friends, and this community.
Please check out our specific pages for "Midweek Bible Study" and "Service Opportunities" to get to know more about ways to "Get Involved".
